Refund Policy.

We want you to feel confident enrolling. This Refund Policy sets out when refunds are available for products sold by TDM SOLUTIONS LLC.

1. Course purchases — 14-day guarantee

For one-time course purchases, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 25% of the course content. To request a refund, email thomasmadison2100@gmail.com with your order details.

2. Community and subscription access

Recurring community memberships may be cancelled at any time from your account. Once a billing period has started, that period is non-refundable, but you will not be charged for the following period.

3. Non-refundable items

• Downloadable templates, ebooks, or one-off digital deliverables once accessed.
• Events, cohorts, or live sessions after they have begun.
• Purchases made outside the refund window described above.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe within 5–10 business days. Any applicable transaction taxes are refunded together with the purchase price.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us at thomasmadison2100@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law (including EU/UK distance-selling rules where they apply).
