1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Purchases & pricing

All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise noted and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be calculated and collected at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

3. License to content

Upon successful purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the purchased course content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, share credentials, publicly redistribute, or use our content to train machine-learning models.

4. Community rules

Community access is a privilege. Harassment, hate speech, spam, doxxing, or sharing of paid materials will result in immediate removal without refund.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials, frameworks, templates, videos, and written content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Services and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding income, business outcomes, or results. Any results referenced are illustrative and depend on effort, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
